With our many years of business experience to share, an additional benefit may be the minimising the risk of any timely and costly mistakes that we have already encountered and subsequently resolved.

JBE opening times:

11 am to 6 pm
Monday to Friday

Public or bank holidays may have different opening times and should be checked before visiting.

We open at 11 am to allow JBE to resolve any urgent issues with our existing clients or any other immediate business.

If you are unable to visit during normal working hours, Other times may be available by arrangement.

We provide extended hours for our existing clients on client care plans – for the resolution of immediate issues.

It is suggested an appointment be made, before visiting, to ensure availability of an appropriate person to discuss your specific requirements.

Before deciding which services you may require to assist/complement your business, we would be happy to arrange a free consultation/meeting to enable you to make a more informed decision before committing to using any of our services.

Any consultation should be booked in advance.  A 30-minute time slot will be allocated specifically for you to discuss your specific individual requirements.

There is no obligation for you to make use of any of our services following a consultation.  You are, however, welcome to contact JBE at any time should you later decide that you wish to further discuss the suitability of our services.

Should you wish to book an extended discovery/consultation or wish additional support and advice for your existing or planned business, we charge £35 per hour.

50% of any payments made during an extended/discovery consultation shall be credited to your account in the event you decide to make use of our services within 6 months.

Generally, a contract is always best practice to ensure you receive the services / products you have requested and to reduce the risk of ambiguity at a later date.

Any contract will be clear, fair and reasonable for all parties.

For the simple, quick and clear projects, a contract may not be required, subject to agreement by all parties.

We do not share our client’s data and we do not retain any data that is no longer required to support our clients.

We will, however, retain the data necessary for JBE to deliver our products and services and any support. We will also comply with all Government legislation and legal requirements relating to the retention of data.

We support and adhere to all of the GDPR goals.
