JBE Property was conceived in response to the 2014 economic downturn, due to the falling oil price, and the impact on the property market.
JBE previously traded as Property2c providing property lettings, management and renovation services.
Prior to the market downturn, the assets of Property2c were sold to a local letting agency and our own personal portfolio was subsequently sold, at a premium, during 2013.
During the downturn, we witnessed the many empty and deteriorating domestic & commercial properties throughout Aberdeen.
